Return & Refund Policy

We at ECOWELL INDIA believe that a customer should get what they have ordered for.

1. Cancellation of ordered Item:- Customers can cancel the ordered item if it is not feasible for installation , cancellation is not possible in case the product is feasible to install.

2. Return of ordered item:- Customers can return the ordered item in the unlikely event that the product reached you in a damaged, defective condition or different item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

A refund for the returned item shall be initiated only once the item reaches us at our ware house in its original condition without any additional damages apart from what customer has already briefed, it will take 30 days time for the return to be processed and the money is refunded to your account. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%, GST of 18% on the bank charges. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Our team shall connect with you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

3. Replacement / Return Process:- To get a replacement, email us your Invoice No and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Ecowell India will make all attempts to provide you a hassle free return or refund experience , it shall have complete right to decide as to whether an order should be cancelled or not or a refund to be initiated or not.
